Refund policy

If you've changed your mind about the items you have ordered please get in touch as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate and cancel the order. In the event that a cancellation is not possible, unopened orders can be returned for a refund, minus shipping cost.

Return shipping for unwanted orders is the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of some products once the parcels have been opened. This includes ear rings as, due to hygiene reasons, these cannot be resold. 

If there is an issue with your order such as missing or damaged items please get in touch through our contact form within 48 hours of delivery.
